| Memorial Stadium, University of California, Berkeley, CA In 1994, a highly detailed map of Memorial Stadium was produced by Dr. Northon from existing plans, air photos and several detailed ground checks. Thousands of copies were printed with an informational fan guide and map of the campus on the reverse side. The map shown here is the 1995 version, which incorporated several updates from the previous year. She also worked with the event management company to create fire and seismic evacuation routes since the Stadium sits on the Hayward Fault and was perilously close to the 1991 Oakland Hills fire. Another version of the map was adapted for "Big Game", the annual Cal/Stanford rival game when the seating configurations and gates change. Having the map in digital format means an easy and often very inexpensive conversion and update. |

| Stanford Stadium, Stanford University, Stanford, CA After meeting with Cal officials to plan "Big Game", Stanford's athletic department decided to contract with Dr. Northon to create a similar map for their stadium. She originally mapped Stanford Stadium in 1995 using existing site maps and doing extensive field checks and ground photography. The map was updated again in 1996, 1997, and 2001 . One version was adapted for black and white publication in their 1997 media guide. |
