Dr. Northon was commissioned to revamp the existing University of California campus in 1995.
Several versions of the newly designed map were created over the next several
years. Adaptations of the maps for parking, transit, and bicyclists
were eventually completed.

Santa Cruz, CA
In 1998, Dr. Northon and Dr. Eley began to re-do the entire 1000+ acre UC
Santa Cruz campus. Besides the poster-size campus map, all the colleges and their residences
were mapped. Adaptations of the campus map were done for parking,
transit and bicyclists as well. It can also be viewed on the UCSC campus website.

STAR Center, Dania Beach, FL
The STAR Center campus in Florida commissioned Mapping Solutions to
create a new campus map and several evacuation plans for individual floors.
Dr. Eley completed a series of egress
plans that are now posted in the facility.

of North Florida, Jacksonville, FL
In 2003, Dr. Northon completed a new campus map for the University of North Florida. The goal was to
organize the campus map into areas based on housing, classrooms,
administration, and sports facilities. The interactive map may be viewed on
